Dezeen Showroom: the result of a collaboration between designers Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba and Italian furniture brand Viccarbe, the Noha chair has a soft seat that looks like a pillow.

Available in three seating iterations – regular, lounge and executive – the Noha chair has a padded, pillowy seat that the designers created in order to instil domestic comfort into workplace settings.

Noha chairs come in three types to serve a range of purposes

“Noha is a simple gesture: a pillow folded in the act of providing a comfortable seat,” said designers Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba. “It is highly versatile, perfectly fitting into both workspaces and beyond.”

“The chair is a humble gesture that also becomes a technical object while maintaining softness, vision and the sense of warmth found in residential spaces,” they added.

The frame comes in black, white or taupe colourways and the upholstery can be finished in a range of colours with added piped detailing.
