Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Promotion sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item that you would like. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Products that have been assembled, customized or modified in any way are not eligible for an exchange. The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned product and additional cost on shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Cancellation

Shipping returns

The cost of shipping for returns, exchanges or cancellations will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
