Placing an Order

To place an order, just select the item and add to your cart. You can check out as guest or with a registered account (optional), however it is recommended to create an account on this website for easy reference and managing your orders both current or future.  Information you provided in the account creation process will be used for all communication and delivery of your orders.  Please note that duplication of accounts may affect the delivery process.  In the event you forgot your password, you can reset your password at the Log In page.

Make Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are excluding GST (if applicable) by the Malaysian government, unless stated otherwise.  You shall be completing your order process by making payment via one of the methods below:

  • iPay 88, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers (card acceptance see below)
  • Atome, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards or debit cards with facility to split total amount into three (3) zero interest installments
  • Bank transfer or pay at ATM

The following credit cards / payment method are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, AM Bank, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online,FPX (Bank Islam, CIMB Clicks, Maybank, Hong Leong Online,PBeBank), Bank Rakyat, Affin Bank.  To minimise the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt all your card data.  All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Track Your Order

You will receive a "Confirmation of Order" email right after you made payment online.  If you wish to check your order, you may log in to your account; or email us.

Delivery Charges

Delivery rate is calculated based on delivery address, total weight of the product(s), product size and quantity.  Delivery charges will be shown at the “Check Out” page, and before you make any payments.

Standard Shipping

For Klang Valley areas, delivery will take approximately 3 days to 2 weeks from the date of Confirmation of Order.  For other locations, delivery may take 2 to 5 weeks subject to delivery address, type of products, shipping method and other factors may be to consider. Please note that estimated delivery duration may subject to change due to the dynamic nature of shipping and delivery.  Our Warehouse will be in touch with you for final confirmation of actual delivery date.  No delivery services on Sunday and Public Holidays. All receipts of goods will be required to sign the Delivery Order document as proof of receipt the goods in good condition.

Fee On Last Minute Change Of Delivery Time /Delivery Address/Cancellation

Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.

You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.

Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee chargeable by the transport provider.
